Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for Document AI and Computer Vision applications
• Train and fine-tune Transformer models for various NLP tasks, including text classification and information extraction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work on data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize model performance
• Deploy and integrate AI models into production systems and ensure their scalability and efficiency
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on models to continuously improve accuracy and performance

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of industry experience as an AI Engineer or related role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Document AI, including document processing, information extraction, and OCR
• Proficiency in working with Transformer models for NLP tasks, such as BERT, GPT, or similar architectures
• Experience in training and fine-tuning Transformers on large-scale datasets
• Solid understanding of Computer Vision techniques, including model training, object detection, and image classification
• Proficiency in Python programming and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, OpenCV, and Matplotlib
