Job Description: Tech Lead – AI Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of AI engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions
- Define and drive the technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering best practices to ensure successful and scalable implementation of AI projects
- Provide hands-on technical expertise, reviewing code, solving complex technical challenges, and guiding the team in implementing efficient and robust AI solutions
- Collaborate in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to build a strong and diverse AI engineering team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at-least 3 years in AI/ML
- Strong technical background in AI, with hands-on experience in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI model development
- Prior experience in leading and managing teams of AI engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices is a must
- Knowledge of AI-related disciplines such as computer vision, natural language processing, or data analytics is a huge plus
